lab hours 5/12

yesterday I spent at least 5 hours working on my inventory, yes I procrastinated. however I'm pretty sure I thought about it and did a bit of research about an hours worth during the week otherwise.

With this being our last post I must say I have enjoyed this class more than I thought I would. At first I was SUPER excited, then ...eh... and now I'm sad to see it end. It as been a great learning experience and while I personally feel like I have soooo much more to learn about everything (museums, baskets, life, exhibitions) I have such a greater appreciation for all that goes into them.

Thus this has been an amazing experience and since im not sure if we have to post a blog next week.... It has been fun.

I also plan to help a lot with the take down portion, unless Dr.C plans to do that ll herself on monday. then I cannot help. boo.

Moccasins

So there are some moccasins in the Collections book I have, I will be in the museum today from 115 till about 3 working on my stuff. so if you wanna come and look at the book I have... I'm bringing it. awesome.

lab hours

I spent about an hour and a half going through the Native American Art Magazine. I wrote down a few websites to check out to see what I can find on my objects that aren't baskets. However i will be doing this after 11am, but if I find anything good I plan on adding another post so everyone else can enjoy them too.

Also I get to show the museum off to my mom who's coming to see it today.... so everyone might get to meet her depending on when she arrives! hurray! I'm super excited. =)
